What you should know about your home for the Winter.

• If you have an alarm system do not disconnect your phone line. You may loose communication with your alarm company
• Have your heater serviced
• Winterize irrigation and external water
• Close or insulate all foundation vents
• Check thermostat settings
• Do not store propane or gasoline in the garage or unventilated area over the winter
• Remove all perishable food from your refrigerator & cabinets
• Notify local authorities your house is unoccupied for the Winter
